Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that online purchases may not always meet expectations, and we are committed to providing a straightforward return, refund, and exchange process. Please carefully review the product details before confirming your order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incomplete Product:

If you receive a damaged product, a wrong item, or an incomplete product, we offer the following options:

Replacement with the correct product.

Exchange for an alternative product of equal value.

Refund of the full amount paid for prepaid orders.

Upon receiving your notification, we will schedule a return pickup. The returned product will undergo a thorough quality check conducted by our trained technicians, who will document its condition with photos and videos. If the quality check confirms that the issue is our responsibility and the product is unused and in its original packaging, we will process your exchange or refund.

In the case of incomplete products, we will ship the missing parts after verification.

Didn’t Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don’t need anymore:

We strive to ensure the highest quality for our customers. As art products, slight variations in appearance and finish are inherent. The colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, but screen variations may occur. For handmade work, minor variations are expected due to the nature of the work.

Choosing the right product is ultimately the customer’s responsibility. If the product received matches the specifications displayed on our website, we are not obligated to provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refunds:-

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Incredible Interiors PVT LTD wallet cashback. By placing a COD order, you agree to receive refunds in the form of Incredible Interiors PVT LTD Wallet cashback. This cashback is exclusively redeemable on our website and is non-refundable.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition: Returned products must be in resalable condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging must be returned in its original condition.

Exchanges:

Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for the pickup charges of the original product and the shipping charges for the new product. We will dispatch the exchanged product after receiving the original product and completing a quality check. If the original product has new damages, we will communicate the cost of these damages to the customer, which must be settled before proceeding with the exchange.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any extra costs. To cancel, go to “Orders” in “My Account” or email support@Incredible Interiors PVT LTD.com. Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.

Exclusions:

The above policies do not apply to furniture items (tables, chairs, etc.), hand-painted paintings, or customised orders. These items are final sale and non-returnable.

Custom Product Orders:

Custom products are created per your specifications and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom order specifications and must approve a digital or physical proof before production begins. COD is not applicable for custom orders.

Bulk Orders:

Orders exceeding INR 12,000 are considered bulk orders. Bulk orders are non-refundable. Only defective or damaged items within a bulk order can be replaced. “Defective” and “damaged” refer to manufacturing flaws or transit damage. Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting bulk orders upon delivery. Estimated shipping times for bulk orders will be provided upon order confirmation.
