The time taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the product type and Quantity. Large Quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.

General shipping time for products like, Wall Decors, Photo frames, etc. are shipped within 4-5 working days. Handmade paintings, and all kinds of customised wooden and metal work are shipped within 8-12 working days.

Courier Partners:
We only work with reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart etc. for domestic deliveries, for remote locations sometimes Speed Post is used where no other courier services are available.

Delivery Time:
All Orders are delivered on Priority! However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 8-15 days for shipping. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.
For customized and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us on email or whats app. The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases and customers are informed about it upfront.

1)If the order is cancelled before being shipped, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.                   

2) If you return an order delivered to you, return-shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our right usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 350 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

RIGHTUSAGE POLICY –We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 350 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
